Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Plain-language summary: we only collect what we need to reply to you and run your services, we don’t sell your information, and you can ask to see or delete it any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how PXL North (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information, in line with Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
1. What we collect
- You give us: your name, email, phone, business name, current website, and anything you write in our forms or emails.
- Automatically: basic analytics about how our site is used (such as pages viewed and general device/browser info), and limited cookies.
- For clients: billing details needed to process payments (handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers).
2. How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your free preview.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the services you sign up for.
- To send service messages and, with your consent, occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
- To handle billing and keep records required by law.
3. Email and consent (CASL)
We contact a business only in relation to that business’s own website, relying on consent permitted under CASL. Every commercial email includes a truthful sender identity, a working unsubscribe link, and our mailing address. We honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing), under agreements that limit their use of it, or where required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand and improve our site. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may work less well if you do.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example tax and accounting records), then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to safeguard your data.
9. Third-party links
Our site and services may link to third parties (such as Google or social platforms) with their own privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the current version.
