Who owns the website?
You do. You keep your own domain name, and the finished site is yours. A plan is for hosting and ongoing work, not a way to hold your site hostage.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes, anytime, no penalty. Plans are month to month. If you cancel, we help you move the site to hosting of your choice.
What does maintenance actually include?
Managed hosting, SSL, security patches, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and a set number of content edits each month (hours, prices, photos, small text changes). Your plan lists the exact edit allowance.
Do you do more than build websites?
Yes. We run the whole online side of your business: business email, domains, local SEO and Google rankings, social media, and custom tools like dashboards, POS integration, and reporting. Start with the website and add what you need, when you need it.
Do I have to use your hosting?
Our plans include managed hosting because it lets us guarantee speed, security, and backups. If you would rather self-host, we can do a build-only project and hand everything over.
Do I need a plan at all?
No. You can buy the build outright and manage it yourself. Most owners choose a plan so the site stays fast and current without them thinking about it, but it is genuinely optional.
